HYDRO-STOPPER is a reliable and electronically controlled shut-off valve that is small and easy to install by any user. Thanks to a unique technical solution for detecting water leaks and the execution system, the valve can be operated with a single alkaline 1.5V AA LR6 battery or Lithium-L91 AA battery. The system consumes power (0.45A) only when the water outlet mechanism is activated (0.01s). In standby mode, the electronic valve control system is supplied with a practically non-measurable current of less than 1nA. Consequently, it is possible to assume that there is no power consumption in standby mode. For the Lithium-L91-AA battery, the standby time can exceed 10 years.
