Robot vacuums and mops with a fixed water connection require not only a fresh water supply but also a reliable wastewater connection. This is exactly what the DreamFilters® drain saddle clamp with 3/8″ push-fit connector was developed for. Instead of replacing the existing drain trap, installing additional appliance connections or temporarily inserting the wastewater hose into a drain, the robot’s wastewater line can be connected directly to the existing drainpipe.
Robot vacuums and mops with a fixed water connection require not only a fresh water supply but also a reliable wastewater connection. This is exactly what the DreamFilters® drain saddle clamp with 3/8″ push-fit connector was developed for. Instead of replacing the existing drain trap, installing additional appliance connections or temporarily inserting the wastewater hose into a drain, the robot’s wastewater line can be connected directly to the existing drainpipe.

The standard version of the drain saddle clamp is designed for drainpipes and trap pipes with an outer diameter of 40 mm.
In bathrooms or utility rooms, slimmer pipes with an outer diameter of 32 mm are also commonly used. For these installations, the specially developed DreamFilters® 32 mm spacer ring can be selected as an optional accessory in the configurator.
This allows the same drain saddle clamp to be installed on many standard 40 mm trap pipes as well as on suitable 32 mm pipes when using the spacer ring.

The integrated 3/8″ push-fit connector is designed for wastewater hoses with an approximate outer diameter of 9.5 mm, as used in many robot vacuums and mops with automatic fresh water supply and wastewater drainage systems.
The hose is simply pushed into the quick connector and can be released again when required.
