Original Silicone Gasket – Replacement Gasket for Hydro-Stopper H001 & H001ds

The silicone gasket is an important component of the Hydro-Stopper and ensures reliable sealing of the system.

Depending on the water quality and duration of use, the gasket installed inside the Hydro-Stopper may wear over time. In particular, hard or highly mineralized tap water can cause deposits to form, which may gradually affect the sealing material. As a result, the gasket may harden, lose its elasticity or become damaged. One possible consequence is leakage from the Hydro-Stopper.

With the Original Replacement Gasket, the worn gasket can be easily replaced without having to replace the entire Hydro-Stopper.

The Original Silicone Gasket was specially developed for use in the Hydro-Stopper H001 and H001ds. Its material properties and elasticity are specifically matched to the requirements of this application. The silicone used is suitable for contact with drinking water and is intended for use in the water-carrying section of the Hydro-Stopper.

The images show both a new gasket and a gasket that has already been installed. The visible impressions on the used gasket do not mean that it was originally manufactured in this shape. The new gasket is initially flat. When the Hydro-Stopper is assembled, the gasket is compressed between the components, which can cause the contact surfaces of the valve to leave impressions in the silicone. These impressions may remain visible after disassembly.

For reliable operation, we recommend using only the Original Replacement Gasket for the Hydro-Stopper H001 and H001ds.
